Royal Oak Renovations is a Houston-based renovation studio working at the intersection of architecture, craft, and hospitality. We accept a deliberately small slate of projects each season — kitchens, baths, steam spa suites, and whole-home refinements for families building forever homes inside the Loop and beyond.

Our work draws from the slow craft of European cabinetmaking and the warm materiality of the American South — natural stone, white oak, hand-finished brass, and lighting tuned to flatter both stone, water, and skin.
